Terms & Conditions
- Our price includes reasonable use of utilites but NOT pool heating, hot tub/spa heating, Unless paid for. You are responsible for arranging your travel, transport and holiday insurance.
- You are required to pay us a non-refundable deposit of £200/$300 on booking. Please note your booking will not be confirmed until this has been paid. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to travelling.
- Cancellation must be in writing by the party leader. In the event of cancellation, the following charges apply. 10 weeks prior to departure loss of deposit only less than 10 weeks prior to departure loss of 100% of booking charge.
- A refundable security deposit of £200/$300 must be paid along with your final balance by you regardless of your length of stay. This is to guard against any possible damage/loss/excessive cleaning to the villa that is incurred during your rental period.
- Animals/pets are strictly not permitted.
- In the unlikely event we have to cancel your booking due to circumstances beyond our control. We will only be liable to refund monies paid by you to us for your villa booking. We will inform you of this as soon as possible
- The pool safety fence must be kept erected at all times for the safety of children
- The owners cannot accept any responsibility for any loss or damage to your property, for death, or any injury sustained by any member of the party, howsoever caused.
- Do not allow unsupervised children to use the pool, spa or any such areas. Items such as clothes, toys etc must not be left in the spa or pool.
- The pool and spa is cleaned and treated regularly and on rare occasions it maybe necessary to add chemicals. At this time you maybe required to stay out of the pool for 12-24 hours for your safety.
- If you have requested pool heating, the temperature is subject to prevailing weather conditions.
- All doors and windows in the villa must be kept closed, and locked properly.
- The owners are not liable to loss or delay due to strikes, riots, polical unrest, hostilities, war, terrorist activity, industrial disputes, fire, flood, technical/weather or problems with transport.
- Check in will be after 4pm on day of arrival
- Check out will be before 1100am on day of departure.
- Failure to clean the BBQ after use will incur a $50 charge
- The villa is cleaned and pest control procedures are carried out regularly, however due to Florida’s tropical weather some insects and pests are inevitable on rare occasions.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the villa
- The owner reserve the right to remove any person not adhering to the villa rules.
- Guests are responsible to check property and inventory on arrival. Guests will be charged for loss or damage to any items in the villa and damage to the villa itself. This is not limited to the security deposit amount.
- Your signature on the Booking form signifies your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
