Family Room
The spacious and comfortable lounge with vaulted ceiling overlooks and provides access to the pool. Furnished in typical Floridian style the room includes multi channel cable TV FiOS and DVD player. Seating area with telephone (free local calls) and internet access (wifi).
Kitchen
The fully equipped kitchen allows you to cater for your family and friends as though you were at home. Everything you could need is provided including, cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and all dinnerware and utensils are included. Tea towels are provided. A laundry area houses a large capacity washing machine and tumble dryer.
Formal Dining Room
Chat over the adventures of the day in our dining area, you will find everything you need right down to the napkins. Ideal for that home cooked meal or take out, if you so choose. There is a highchair provided for the little ones.
Master Bedroom 1
The American king-size bed will allow you to sleep in real luxury. The ensuite bathroom with twin sinks, separate bath, shower and wc, affords you spacious privacy. A walk-in wardrobe, nightstands, alarm clock/radio and cable TV with FiOS this completes your suite. Personal safe. All towels and linen are provided.
Master Bedroom 2
A King-size bed adds to your relaxation. Private ensuite bathroom with shower, sink and wc, night stands, walk in wardrobe. Cable TV with FiOS. All towels and linen are provided
Master Bedroom 3
This stylishly furnished bedroom has an American Queen-size bed (UK King-size). Private ensuite bathroom including bath with shower over, sink and wc, dresser, night stands and walk in wardrobe. Cable TV with FiOS. All towels and linen provided.
Twin Bedroom 1
This twin-bedded room has two single beds, built in wardrobe, night stand & Cable TV with FiOS. All linen provided. Shares a bathroom with Bedroom 5.
Twin Bedroom 2
Twin Bedroom 5 is tastefully decorated and has two single beds, built in wardrobe, night stand & Cable TV with FiOS. All linen provided. Shares a bathroom with bedroom 4.
Main Bathroom
The main bathroom has bath with shower over, sink and wc. All towels are provided.
Pool
Fully enclosed private pool, deck and garden area. Luxury padded sun loungers, chairs and tables. Private cabanna comprising indoor changing room, sink, WC and outdoor shower.
Games Room
The Games room will give guests hours of entertainment. It has a Pool Table, Air Hockey table, Fossball table (table Football), Cable TV with FiOS and PS2, Poker table and board games.
